Demi Lovato & Nick Jonas Will No Longer Perform in North Carolina Due to HB2 Law

Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas will no longer be performing their Future Now tour dates in both Raleigh and Charlotte due to the discriminatory HB2 law that was passed in the state.

The law does not allow transgender individuals to use the bathroom of the sex that they identify with and has caused many Hollywood stars to speak out and cancel engagements in the state.

Demi and Nick announced the news simultaneously on their respective Instagram pages with a statement to their fans. The shows were supposed to take place on June 30 and July 2. Read it in full below.
