Marcus Scribner gets hugs from two young girls during his recent vacation to Beaches Ocho Rios in Jamaica.
The 16-year-old black-ish actor was recently appointed as the Youth Advocate Ambassador to the Sandals Foundation, the non-profit arm of Sandals Resorts International.
Marcus and his family made the trip to Jamaica where he got the opportunity to continue the volunteer work he began during a previous trip to Beaches Turks and Caicos with the Sandals Foundation. These projects included; programs on animal welfare and endangered species, marine environment and conservation, as well as educational support.
“It is a great honor for me to align with the incredible Beaches Resorts and Sandals Foundation,” Marcus shared in a statement. “The outstanding and amazing work that they are doing helps to provide a very strong education to many children. They are vigilant in protecting animals and preserving their beautiful marine life. And, who could forget that they provide the greatest resorts in the world for families and friends to bond and create lasting memories. I mean, what’s not to love.”
