Miles Teller Scored His 'War Dogs' Part With Help From His Dad!

Miles Teller steps out for some shopping in a Grateful Dead shirt on Tuesday (May 10) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 29-year-old actor recently revealed his dad played a part in Miles landing his War Dogs role in an interview with Entertainment Weekly.

“My dad emailed me immediately, saying, ‘You’ve got to get in this movie,’” Miles said about his dad catching wind of the project. “It ended up working out! Stories like this don’t come around so often for guys in their early to mid-20s who are involved in a world with these kind of stakes.”
