Nicholas Hoult Thought Jennifer Lawrence Sounded Like Her Dad When She Got Angry

Nicholas Hoult heads to the set of Rebel in the Rye with some coffee in hand on Tuesday (May 17) in New York City.

The 26-year-old actor’s ex-girlfriend Jennifer Lawrence recently revealed that Nick used to think her Southern accent came out when she got angry.

“Nick always said whenever I yelled at him it was always in a Southern accent,” Jennifer told Entertainment Tonight. “I used to yell at Nick and kind of see like his smile flickering. [I was] like, ‘Why are you smiling?’ And he’s like, ‘Because you sound like your dad.’”
