Ariana Grande 'Deeply Saddened' by Doctor Advised Show Cancelation
Ariana Grande has announced she won’t be taking the stage for Rock in Rio performance on Sunday (May 29) in Lisbon, Portugal.
The 22-year-old “Into You” singer shared the news on Twitter the night before, revealing that she had a sinus and throat infection and had been advised by her doctor to cancel the performance.
“I’m deeply saddened to tell my babes in Portugal that I have to cancel my performance at Rock in Rio. (I’ve literally been crying over this for an hour),” Ariana wrote. “I promise to make it up to you, and to give you the best show I’m capable of when I return.”
