Hairspray Live's Garrett Clayton Shares Epic Throwback Photo as Peter Pan

Garrett Clayton is reflecting on his journey leading up to Hairspray Live!.

The 25-year-old actor took to Instagram where he wrote a touching caption on a throwback photo of himself as Peter Pan.

“This is me with my great Grandpa in high school, when I got my first REAL lead in Peter Pan,” Garrett wrote. “Tomorrow night I get to be Link Larkin in Hairspray Live in an epic production. To say dreams come true is an understatement. I wouldn’t trade this journey for anything.”

He added, “Thank you all for following me on this adventure. As my mom said to me when I moved to LA: ‘Keep your eyes on the stars and your feet on the ground’ – Theodore Roosevelt.”
