Demi Lovato is the queen of adorable, makeup-free selfies.

But her freckles weren’t the only thing to shine in her latest Snapchat.

As she posed laying down and with her eyes closed, there was something glaring about the picture: Demi‘s wearing an insanely gorgeous diamond ring on the finger usually meant to indicate an engagement.

Of course, Demi might not be making a statement about her status with boyfriend MMA fighter Guilherme “Bomba” Vasconcelos, whom she’s dated on and off since last July.

We wouldn’t exactly call Demi conventional, so she may just think the ring looks best on that finger.

But it’s also pretty clear by how she’s showing it off that she thinks it’s special.
