Ed Sheeran's Dream Life Sounds Very Domesticated

We’ve known that Ed Sheeran has wanted to have kids for a while now.

He’s pointed it out in countless interviews and some have asked him more about that than his actual music.

Just recently, Ed admitted that his dream life actually has nothing to do with touring at all — which he’s currently doing in Europe at the moment.

“This is my idea of happiness: living in the countryside, having a multitude of children always around me and my wife by my side,” he shared. “Writing songs every day and then going to pick up my kids at school …”

While he’s more than ready to be a dad, Ed admits that it’s actually not up to him: “I’m ready [to be a dad], but then, it’s not me who has to carry a baby in the belly for nine months, so it’s not just up to me.”
