Shay Mitchell & Skai Jackson Hit Up Shorty Awards 2017 in NYC

Shay Mitchell slays the blue carpet in a chic pantsuit while arriving at the 2017 Shorty Awards in New York City on Sunday (April 23).

The Pretty Little Liars actress rounded out her week long trip to NYC with the ceremony, after doing press for her Freeform show.
