Ariel Winter's Confidence All Came From Her 'Modern Family' Cast

Ariel Winter has been vocal about body confidence for as long as we can remember and JJJ is truly inspired by her.

So where did she get it all? From her Modern Family cast, of course.

“The show helped me a lot,” Ariel recently dished to ET. “I was surrounded by so many great people that were really supportive of me and really, you know, wanted me to thrive.”

She continues, “[They] told me all the time that they believed in me and thought I should be confident and all those things.”

Ariel adds that criticism is just around every corner, too: “We were criticized a lot. And I was criticized especially being the youngest girl out of the cast. And it was definitely hard.”

Ariel is also pictured out with boyfriend Levi Meaden picking up some groceries in Los Angeles ahead of the weekend.
