Jenna Johnson Wants To Celebrate Flaws and Imperfections On Her Blog 'Get Real With Jen'

Jenna Johnson fans can get really excited — because more things are coming to her blog, Get Real with Jen!

The So You Think You Can Dance all-star talked with JJJ about why she started the blog, and what’s coming up.

“There is a reason I called my blog ‘Get REAL with Jen’. I think it’s very important in today’s superficial society to be honest with each other and ourselves,” she says. “It’s crucial for us to acknowledge and then celebrate our individual flaws and imperfections, that’s real. Not photoshop and filtered social media…. believe me, I get sucked into it all the time.”

Jenna adds, “But I’ve found that the more open and vulnerable I am, the more empowered I feel and that’s my ultimate wish!”

“For women/men, old and young to empower one another instead of tearing each other down. I have a quote I live by that says ‘Comparison is the thief of all joy.’ I believe in that firmly.”
