Plane Crash Survivor Kechi Wows AGT Judges with 'Thinking Out Loud' Performance (Video)

There aren’t many times that America’s Got Talent will leak an audition ahead of show night — but they did it this weekend and we are so glad they did!

The show leaked singer Kechi‘s audition a few days early to help America got to know her.

Kechi is one of the two survivors of the 2005 Sosoliso Airlines plane crash in Nigeria, which claimed the lives of 107 people.

She explained that music helped to heal her, and became her escape as she lied on her hospital bed, bandaged head to foot, not being able to move.
