Madison Beer Would Never Date Justin Bieber

Madison Beer is opening up about her friendship with Justin Bieber, which has never been romantic.

The 18-year-old singer was discovered by Biebs on YouTube back in 2012 when he was impressed by her amazing voice.

But Madison has never dated him, nor would she to become “more famous” or whatever.

“Oh my god, no never. I just almost died [thinking about it]. No, not ever, ever, ever, ever, ever,” she said on The Zach Sang Show. “Like I’m signed with Justin, there’s not much more famous than him, like if I was going [to date someone just for publicity] it would’ve happened if that was the case. First of all, he’s like big brother [so] never, but I would never in a million tears use anyone and people think that goes on a lot in Hollywood.”

Madison was also asked about her opinion on Selena Gomez‘ relationship with The Weeknd.

“People think Selena and The Weeknd are dating for publicity and that’s not how things works. These are real human beings,” Madison said. “They don’t just date to get more famous. They’re already the most famous artists…They’re so cute, I’m really happy for them. I think she’s in really good place and I think they’re really happy together and it bums me when people say oh they’re for publicity.”
