Skai Jackson Was Really Nervous For Her Speech at Mega Kingfest

Skai Jackson‘s new feature for Ladygunn magazine is slaying us hard.

The emerging actress is simply stunning in in the feature, filled with bold colors, and even bolder style.

Skai opened up with the glossy about social media, fashion and facing her fears.

She also dished about making a speech at a recent event — Mega Kingfest in Little Rock, Arkansas, which celebrated the life and work of Martin Luther King, Jr. on the holiday.

“Most people think that because I’m an actress, that this wouldn’t be a big deal, but it was,” Skai shared. “I wrote a 12-minute speech on my own…and did it. It felt so good!”

She added, “Believe me, twelve minutes is a long time. I kind of, like, broke through that feeling of being nervous in front of a live crowd.”
