Shawn Mendes Lands a Spot on Time's Most Influential Teens of 2017 List

Shawn Mendes has earned a place on Time magazine’s list of the 30 Most Influential Teens of 2017!

The 19-year-old Canadian singer rose to fame via social media and has since churned out two albums and hits like “Stitches,” “Mercy,” “Treat You Better,” and “There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back.”

“I’m just honing and getting better at my craft,” he told the outlet about writing songs for his third LP. “So I hope what comes out will be the best album yet by a landslide.”

Shawn currently has more than 26 million Instagram followers and a goal of constantly trying to inspire them. “I always want people to feel like they can do anything,” he added.
