Lili Reinhart Hates This One Particular Thing About Betty on 'Riverdale'

Lili Reinhart is opening about what she really doesn’t like about Betty Cooper’s dark side on Riverdale.

Though the 21-year-old’s character’s alter ego has made many appearances this season, she can’t but hope to get rid of the black wig.

“I hate that wig, I hate it. It’s just uncomfortable,” Lili told Teen Vogue. “To be honest, I never want to wear that wig again.”

She did mention that it does help her transform into the darker role. “I think it’s pretty easy, once you’ve put that wig on, to get into that mindset,” she said.

“I think Dark Betty is more a representation of a young girl figuring out her sexuality rather than it is like, ‘Oh, she has all of these demons inside of her,’” Lili added about the character. “It’s more just a girl’s outlet into figuring out who she is and dealing with the stress of her everyday life.”
