Val Chmerkovskiy Jokes He 'Should Put a Ring on It' After Jenna Johnson Dodges Engagement Questions

Jenna Johnson was hit with all the engagement questions yesterday during an interview with ET.

“Time’s a-ticking!” the 24-year-old Dancing With The Stars pro joked about it, when questioned if she and boyfriend Val Chmerkovskiy will get engaged anytime soon.

She added, “We’ll see [if engagement is in the cards anytime soon]. We both have very big things happening right now, so we’ll let that ride over… maybe we’ll go to Fiji!”

Jenna and Val have been dating off and on for the past few years. They rekindled and heated up their relationship last year, starting with a trip to Europe together.

While Jenna glossed over the engagement, Val might have other ideas. After he saw the interview on social media, he had the greatest response.

“I should def put a ring on it,” he wrote – and we’re like YES!

Jenna added in her interview, “I’m so, so happy. I think we’ve had lots of ups and downs, and I think we’ve had to go through a lot of different things in life together and apart, and I think we just kind of realized we’re way better together. And we got a dog, and it’s like, it’s a wrap. Now she’s our child and she’s the cutest thing ever.”
