NTA and OTA Reunite To Fight Against Diaz on Tonight's All-New 'Arrow'

In tonight’s new ep, “The Ties That Bind”, the fractured Team Arrow will reunite to fight against Diaz (Kirk Acevedo), who targets the team and their loved ones after Oliver’s (Stephen Amell) trial was thrown out.

Meanwhile, Oliver struggles with Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) putting herself in danger when she gets the chance to stop Diaz for good.
