As I called my manager to quit working on Roseanne, I found out the show got cancelled. I feel so empowered by @iamwandasykes , Channing Dungey and those at ABC standing up against abuse of power and lack of values. Bullies do not win. Ever.

While we can rejoice in that cancellation, I now feel bad for the costars and crew who now have lost their jobs because of the lead actor’s racist remarks.

Okay, they canceled @therealroseanne because she was racist on Twitter… when do we cancel @realDonaldTrump for the same offense?

What we just experienced with #Roseanne is exactly what I’ve experienced with every Trump supporter I’ve ever met. Mostly, they are kind, charming, fun…and just when I start to think “maybe I misjudged,” they say some crazy, racist shit. #byeRoseanne

Thank you, @ABC. Racism does not deserve a platform. https://t.co/z5kGCdndkh

Which is exactly what needed to happen. Not going to congratulate this network for doing something that needed to be done. https://t.co/YykTK6KCNt
