Lucy Hale Chops Her Locks Even Shorter!

Lucy Hale is sporting a new hairdo!

The 29-year-old actress was spotted checking her hair on her phone camera prior to her haircut on Thursday (July 19) in Studio City, Calif.

A few days later, Lucy made the decision to chop her locks even shorter!

She took to her Instagram to share a photo of the finished product.
