Katherine McNamara, Harry Shum, Jr. & 'Shadowhunters' Stars Share Tons of Thanks to Fans for PCAs Wins

Last night, Shadowhunters won big at the 2018 Peoples’ Choice Awards and the stars are shouting out their fans on social media.

Katherine McNamara won for Female TV Star of 2018, Harry Shum Jr. won for Male TV Star of 2018, and the show also picked up Bingeworthy Show of 2018, and The Show of 2018, too.

“Show of 2018!! This @peopleschoice award is about how unique and special the shadowhunters fandom truly is,” Emeraude Toubia wrote on Instagram afterwards. “The Fans are changing the conversations, and whether we are a part of #LGBTQ, #metoo, or #saveshadowhunters campaigns, we are forever grateful, honoured, and inspired.”

Katherine added, “By the angel! I cannot even begin to express the amount of love I have for this cast, for everyone involved in the show, and to YOU Angels the ones who made all this possible. Thank you thank you thank you!”

“Y’all are really something else. THANK YOU! This belongs to ALL of US,” Harry wrote on his feed. “Thank you for your votes for Male TV Star of the Year, Female TV Star of the Year and Show Of The Year! Let’s celebrate with love!”
