Justin and Hailey Bieber share a laugh as they leave a house that’s for sale on Tuesday afternoon (January 8) in Encino, Calif.

The 24-year-old singer kept things casual in a yellow hoodie and black hat while the 22-year-old model rocked an oversized black jacket and leather pants as they spent the afternoon doing some house hunting.

Later that night, Hailey joined Justin for a late night meeting before grabbing some dinner to go.
