Kaylee Bryant's Real Talent Show Inspired Tonight's 'Legacies'

Lizzie and Josie spread the word that the talent show will go on in this still from tonight’s all-new Legacies.

In, “We’re Gonna Need A Spotlight”, when Alaric (Matthew Davis) decides to postpone the school’s annual talent show, Lizzie (Jenny Boyd) and Josie (Kaylee Bryant) are determined to make sure the show goes on.

Meanwhile, tensions arise when the students face a creature that lowers their inhibitions.

“The entire talent show episode I think started with my manager sending in this horrible video of 14-year-old Kaylee dancing on a stage,” Kaylee shared with EW about the ep.

She continues, “This episode really threw me for a loop for Josie just because she lives her entire life trying to please her family and that’s what she thinks makes her happy…” but when the monster shows up, Josie speaks up a little more.

Kaylee added, “She clearly wants more attention and seeks more of these things that she doesn’t say.”

Legacies airs TONIGHT, Thursday, February 21st @ 9PM ET/PT on The CW.
