The 30-year-old musician is giving an inside look at what life was like for the Jonas Brothers back in 2005.

Joe took to his Twitter to share the trio’s itinerary for a show they played in December of that year.

“Here’s a strong throw back for you,” Joe captioned the photo.

Their itinerary included the time they had to leave their family home, soundcheck and their performance time.
