Ruby Rose Turner is Girl’s Life‘s October/November 2019 cover star!

The Coop & Cami Ask the World actress chatted with the glossy about her character, Cami, in the show, and how she actually didn’t want to turn 13. Check it:

On being a teen: “I’m just not like many people on this planet. Kids my age like to grow up very fast, but I actually didn’t want to turn 13.”

On how she differs from her character: “Sometimes I have trouble putting my foot down—and that’s something that Cami does easily. I’m a bit softer and more sensitive.”

On her hope to become more resilient in everyday life: “I think some people are just born with a tough personality. I have a couple of friends that can just breeze over certain things that I would dwell on. And my character Cami knows how to be a stronger person, too. I’m not there yet, but I am working on it!”
