Auli’i Cravalho dons red hair and shows off her vocals in this brand new, first look at her as Ariel in The Little Mermaid Live!
The 18-year-old Moana actress is starring in the special ABC event alongside Graham Phillips as Prince Eric.
The Little Mermaid Live! is a celebration the 30th anniversary of the beloved animated movie through a never-before-seen hybrid musical featuring intricate live sets, costumes and music from the original animated film and the Tony-nominated Broadway stage version.
Also in the production are Queen Latifah as Ursula, John Stamos at Chef Louis, and Shaggy as Sebastian.
Not only do we get our first look at each character, but there are also clips of each character singing songs from their character.
The Wonderful World of Disney Presents The Little Mermaid Live! will air in about one month on Tuesday, November 5th at 8pm on ABC!
