Zendaya Encourages Fans to 'Take in the Moment' at GQ Australia Men of the Year Awards

Zendaya is honored as Woman of the Year at the 2019 GQ Australia Men of the Year Awards!

The Euphoria actress took home the award on Thursday (November 28) in Sydney, Australia.

During her speech, Zendaya told the crowd that she’s still “figuring it out as I go.”

“I feel like sometimes I go and I go, and I think a lot of us can relate to this, but you go so hard and you forget to stop and take in moments like this,” she said. “Sometimes I work so much, it can take over my life and I forget to be present in these kinds of moments where you can look around the room and just take it in. And just be happy, and just be alive for a second.”

“So that’s what I’m going to do, I’m going to take a second to look around and think, ‘Holy s–t, this is happening,’” Zendaya added. “Please, everyone, enjoy it. Look around and have a beautiful night, and take in the moment.”
