Addison Rae Promotes Mental Health Awareness While Out For a Workout

Addison Rae wears an important message on her sweater while leaving a Pilates class on Monday (May 31) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 20-year-old “Obsessed” singer’s sweater promoted Mental Health Awareness Month, which actually ends that day.

Addison wore a Madhappy crewneck, which read “Mental Health & Optimism” on the bottom of the back.

This isn’t the first time she has brought awareness to mental health while out for a workout. Back in February, she wore a hoodie about anxiety. See those pics here!

The night before, the TikTok star stepped out in a summery dress as she left dinner at Craig’s in WeHo, and a few days prior, she was seen flashing a smile while taking a phone call after leaving her Pilates class.

Addison recently opened up about changing the color of her bright pink Tesla to a navy blue.

“It was drawing a lot of attention,” she told Vogue. “Which I love, ’cause I love being able to, like, have a free meet and greet with people. But then there are those moments when you want to be alone. One time I went to Chick-fil-A, and these paparazzi got out of their cars in the drive-through and came right up to me, videoing me, and I’m just like, ‘I’m sorry, I just want to grab food really quick.’”

“I always loved having a bright car, but now it’s kind of, like, I’m asking for it. To be confronted or to be followed,” Addison added.
