Jesse McCartney is all smiles at the House of Hype post-Grammy party in Beverly Hills on Sunday night (February 8).

The 21-year-old “How Do You Sleep?” singer suited up for the 2009 Grammy Awards in Christian Dior suit and tie, Hugo Boss shirt and YSL boots.

Jesse was seen being silly with heiress Paris Hilton (not pictured) on the red carpet. After the award ceremony, Jesse hit up Mr. Chow’s restaurant for another after-party.

Teen sensations Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift pair up to perform “Fifteen” at the 2009 Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday (February 8).

The gal pals also presented The Record of the Year Grammy award to Robert Plant and Alison Krauss for their collaboration of “Please Read The Letter.”
