After weeks of guys getting sent home and the save still in play, the top five girls were the only ones left in the competition. In the end, the judges did not decide to use the save and Janelle went home.

Angie Miller is all smiles while shopping around The Grove in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon (April 6).

The 18-year-old American Idol contestant was stopped by a few other shoppers for an autograph after picking up something at Topshop.

Angie Miller and Kree Harrison belt their hearts out during the Top 8 week of American Idol on Wednesday (March 27).

Kree, 22, took on “Don’t Play That Song (You Lief)” by Aretha Franklin while Angie, 19, sang The Miracles‘ “Shop Around.”

“I don’t know, it was strange for me. It was not great tonight,” Randy Jackson told fan favorite Angie. Meanwhile, the judges loved Kree‘s performance and Nicki Minaj even called her the “queen of the stage”!

The 18-year-old once again received praise from all four judges, with Randy Jackson calling her one of his favorites.
