Janel Parrish is all smiles during her interview with E!’s Daily Pop in Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon (March 26).
The 30-year-old actress stopped by to chat about what’s ahead on her new TV series, Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists and confessed that she does spill the show’s secrets to one particular person – her husband, Chris Long!
“#disneydoubledate,” Janel captioned the two photos of the couple – one of them smiling for the selfie, and they second of the couples kissing.
Janel and Sasha have become close friends over the years after working together on Pretty Little Liars and now starring on the spinoff series The Perfectionists.

Janel Parrish is sharing a tragic incident with fans in order to raise awareness.
The To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before actress took to Twitter on Saturday (September 22) to reveal that her now-husband (then-fiance) Chris Long‘s dad was sadly killed by a drunk driver.
“A few weeks ago, we got the awful news that my father in law to be was tragically killed by a drunk driver,” she wrote. “Please read about his life, and if you’re moved by his story, help donate to make sure this doesn’t happen to someone else.”
The page sates that Herbert “Buck” Long, age 74, was killed on August 26 “in a tragic and senseless accident while enjoying his weekly Sunday morning motorcycle ride. He was driving in traffic, at 6:30 in the morning, when an 18 year old intoxicated driver ran into him head on. Buck was killed instantly. The driver then fled the scene, but was later found by police hiding in a nearby ravine.”

“We feel so lucky we found each other in this crazy world,” Janel told Us Weekly. “Marrying my dream man in my home of Hawaii surrounded by family and friends was a dream.”
Janel wore a Inbal Dror gown as her sister served as Maid of Honor while Chris‘ brother officiated the ceremony.

The former Pretty Little Liars actress and Chris had a night on the town at Beauty & Essex Los Angeles with their close family and friends to celebrate, after becoming engaged just before the Christmas holiday last year.
Designed by Jean Dousset, the Pretty Little Liars alum showed off the ring a little better with a striking video on Instagram.
“I can’t stop staring at it. I mean… @jeandousset you out did yourself and @c_long you did GOOD,” she captioned.
Speaking with ET, Janel dished that she was “over the moon” about Chris‘ surprise proposal.
“He proposed in the park. He got down on one knee and I just dissolved into tears! Perfect moment!” she shared. “I get to marry the most amazing man I’ve ever met. I feel like the luckiest girl alive!”
