If you’ve ever watched an episode of Switched at Birth, you know that Kathryn Kennish’s (Lea Thompson) home is covered in squirrels — and that’s just what stars Vanessa Marano and Katie Leclerc swiped from the set after wrapping the series.
“I definitely have one of Kathryn’s squirrels at home,” Katie was quick to admit in a recent interview.
Vanessa adds, “I know Lea stole a squirrel. Katie stole a squirrel. I also have a squirrel. So, apparently, we just all steal squirrels.”
While watching the final season, be on the lookout for all the squirrels — Kathryn’s apron even has a squirrel on it!
Vanessa also admitted that she really wanted to take something else: “There’s a dresser that I want. I don’t know how I’m going to get it into my car. I might have to pay for it. I’m not sure how I can steal it.”
Lea, along with SAB creator Lizzy Weiss, and co-stars D.W. Moffett and Sharon Pierre-Louis, and Beyond cast Burkely Duffield, Eden Brolin, Jonathan Whitesell, and Romy Rosemont are also pictured below at the aTVfest 2017 presented by SCAD in Atlanta, Ga.

Katie Leclerc took to Instagram to share a sweet group photo with her co-stars Vanessa Marano, Ryan Lane, Rachel Shenton, Lucas Grabeel, D.W. Moffett, and Constance Marie.
“These are my favorite people on our final day of filming. #switchedatbirth #family #love,” Katie captioned it.
D.W. also posted a photo, writing, “Last day at #switchedatbirth base camp. My hair is experiencing the winds of change. Big time. #lovedmyjob #farewell”

Lea Thompson, who plays Kathryn Kennish on the hit series, shared another pic from the first day of shooting.
