The 21-year-old singer wore a gorgeous Black Halo “Fuentas” dress with a Romygold “Lee” hardcase clutch.

Looks like we won’t be hearing anything more from Jojo‘s Jumping Trains album.

Speaking with Billboard at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards, the 21-year-old singer revealed that she’s moving on from the once-upon-a-time album.

“It didn’t feel right anymore,” she shared. “I’ve been working on it for a long time. I’m 21 now and it didn’t feel like me.”

But she is working on new music.

“We came up with something I’m really proud of and it felt like the right thing,” Jojo revealed. “I just released a new single called ‘Demonstrate‘ which is the first release off the new project. I’m shooting the video for it the first week of August so I’m just getting mentally and physically prepared for that and really conceptualizing and being in the studio and creating.”

“[The new album is] something that is musical but still on the cutting edge yet still has an element of nostalgia. It makes me feel the way that hip-hop and R&B in the 90′s kind of makes me feel,” she added.

The track was produced by frequent Drake-collaborator Noah ’40′ Shebib. The song is off JoJo‘s upcoming third studio album Jumping Trains, which is expected to hit stores in the fall.

In a recent interview with TVGuide, Francia dished on the new season of The Secret Life of the American Teenager and what’s ahead for Adrian.

“I just want her to realize it’s the not the end of the world if she doesn’t have Ricky and you don’t need a challenge every day of your life,” Francia dished. “I had a Ricky in high school and I wish I could go back and say, ‘He’s not the one for you; there are so many people out in the world!’”

JoJo plays up the prints as she performs on stage during the 2012 Miami Beach Gay Pride Parade on Sunday afternoon (April 15) in Miami, Fla.

The 21-year-old musician joined the Pussycat Dolls for the annual celebration, who’s mission is to bring together members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning community, their friends, allies and supporters in celebration of the unique spirit and culture of the LGBTQ community.

A moment of silence was also observed in remembrance of those who have been touched by HIV.

Gay-rights advocate Chaz Bono served as grand marshal for the event.
