Great news! Make It Or Break It is coming back to ABC Family!

The network announced the news this morning that the gymnastics-driven series will be tumbling back onto the channel next year. Check out what the cast is saying:

The 24-year-old Make It or Break It starlet joined other supporters such as Nelsan Ellis and Nondumiso Tembe of HBO’s True Blood

During the episode, Chef Ramsay pits the red team against the blue team in another intense challenge to make 3 dishes in less than 30 minutes. The winning team celebrates in high style going on a lavish shopping spree while the losing team is left behind to prep for that night’s dinner service, a special Black Tie Charity Event.

Josie Loren shares her hair secrets with Sophisticate’s Hairstyle Guide!

The 24-year-old Make It or Break It star told the mag, “For the longest time my hair was very curly but now it’s a lot straighter.”

Even though Josie‘s hair may change from curly to straight, it doesn’t change colors!

“I don’t dye my hair at all,” she said, “I tried highlights a couple times, but I like that my hair color is a natural dark brown.”

And it seems Josie‘s body is not the only thing getting a workout on set!

Josie told the mag, “I try to get my hair cut every three months because on set they really overwork our hair.”

Josie can be next seen guest-starring on an upcoming episode of Drop Dead Diva.
