“I think I’ve wished to see a gay Christmas rom com my whole life,” Kristen told People about the movie. “I’m so happy and proud of Clea [DuVall] for bringing this into the world.”
“I love when holiday movie makes you long for an idea of home, but also examines how hilarious and hard reality at home can be sometimes,” she added.
Happiest Season is set to hit theaters on November 25th!
The young stars were joined by Austin Stowell and Analeigh Tipton as they were all honored at the first annual Rising Star Showcase. The group also attended a Q&A that day as well.
