Aly Raisman sports two different casual looks for dancing practice over the weekend in Los Angeles.

Alongside pro partner Mark Ballas, the Dancing With The Stars twosome were seen hitting the studio to perfect their next dance — the Quickstep!

When JJJ spoke with Aly‘s Olympic teammate Gabby Douglas at the 2013 Kids’ Choice Awards over the weekend, we had to ask if we would be seeing her in the audience soon.

“I’ll definitely go to see Aly dance, at least once. She did so fantastic for her first dance and I can’t wait to see more,” Gabby shared with us.

Aly Raisman shows a little sass on the dance floor during night one of Dancing With The Stars on Monday night (March 18) in Los Angeles.

Along with pro partner Mark Ballas, the two cha-cha-ed over the floor to One Direction‘s “Live While We’re Young.”

“I’m not going to be able to sleep tonight… So hyper that was so much fun. OMGOSH. THANK YOU for all the support… Thanks to everyone who voted!!! Xoxo,” Aly tweeted after their performance.

Aly and Mark scored a 21 out of 30 for their first dance.

The two will hit the dance floor TOMORROW for the 16th season of Dancing With The Stars — will you be watching?

“It’s a little bit of a struggle,” Aly shared with Access Hollywood about wearing heels. “I feel really awkward in them, but we’re gonna keep practicing.”

She added on Twitter, “Just had my costume fitting!!! Ahhhh so excited! Any guesses on what color I’ll be wearing Monday night!?!?!?”

Mark Ballas makes his way through LAX Airport on Monday (March 11) in Los Angeles.

The 26-year-old dancer is hard at work practicing for the new season of Dancing with the Stars with his partner Aly Raisman. The 18-year-old Olympic gymnast also just arrived in town.

“I didn’t really think about whether I’d get Mark, but I was really excited when I found out, which was, like, two days before we did Good Morning America,” the 18-year-old Olympic gymnast told TVGuide. “He’s so creative and he did such a great job with Shawn [Johnson], and we’re getting along really well.”

“I met Mark for the first time [recently] and the whole thing was filmed. He was so nice, it wasn’t awkward at all, things just clicked,” the 18-year-old Olympian told The Boston Globe in a recent interview. “I am so excited to have him as a partner, he is amazing!”

Aly added, “I honestly have no idea how to characterize my dance skills. All I know is that I am going to need a lot of help, because it is actually completely different than gymnastics.”
