Lilimar goes for the glam factor with a chic, long pink wrap at the 2016 Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party with American Eagle Outfitters on Friday night (September 23) in Malibu, Calif.
The upcoming indie comedy centers on Amy (Holt) and Farrell (McCartan), who have been high school rivals for years�and the local auto dealer is about to place them in their biggest competition yet. The contest rules are simple: To win the car, keep one hand on the automobile at all times and be the last one standing. After two days of sleep deprivation, Amy and Farrell wonder if they’re really enemies�or something more. But with a new car at stake, no one is backing down�not even for romance!
The other contestants — Sophie the social media sensation (McKaley Miller), Lala the science queen (Audrey Whitby), Colby the football stud (Daniel Vasquez), Klyde the adrenaline junkie, Jerome the wanna-be hip-hop star (Julian Works), and Chris the all-American good guy (Chandler Massey) as well as Farrell’s best bud Zane (Alex Wolff) — will go to any length to win.
Sydney Park, Vanessa and Veronica Merrell also star in the film, which will be available on VOD to rent or own on all digital platforms on September 20th and on DVD, November 11th.
The project will be executive produced by Bella Thorne (Gregg’s former girlfriend), and the team behind Perfect High, which Bella starred in last summer, Deadline reports.
The flick follows Pearl (Ramirez), a typical 16-year-old vampire, fond of blood, allergic to the sun, and generally pretty evil. After a mysterious attack leaves her able to survive in the daylight, Pearl’s powerful family quickly takes advantage of this new ability, sending her to high school to gather fresh young blood for an upcoming feast in honor of the Vampire King.
The only problem is that Pearl is starting to grow a conscience. How can she serve up her new friends to be slaughtered? Then again, she’s definitely dead if she lets her family down. Then again, she’s definitely dead if she lets her family down.

On getting big hair for The Standoff: “I had just cut my hair and they needed Sophie to have this big hair to match her big presence with lots of makeup. I had to wear the craziest extensions that literally went down to my stomach. I had 12 layers of them by the end of it all. It was a lot of hair. It was interesting to work with and to use the hair basically as
a prop.”
