Missy Franklin towers over the Pretty Little Liars cast while on the set in Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon (October 24).
The 17-year-old Olympian will be guest starring on the show during season four as herself, who shows up at the Brew to meet Emily (Shay Mitchell) and talk shop.
“Had such a great time on the set of #PLL today! Everyone was so sweet! Don’t wanna leave????” Missy tweeted of her one-day visit.
Lucy Hale added, “So I got to wear a medal today. She gave it to me….;) come back and visit @missyfranklin!”

The 17-year-old Olympic swimmer was on hand to honor her fellow athletes whose performances over a 12-month time span have been exceptional. The Women’s Sports Foundation is dedicated to advancing the lives of girls and women through sports and physical activity.

Missy Franklin is coming to Rosewood!
The 17-year-old Olympic gold medalist will be guest starring in an upcoming episode on ABC Family’s Pretty Little Liars during the fourth season.
In the episode, Emily (Shay Mitchell) — a competitive swimmer for the Rosewood High School Sharks swim team — is stunned when Missy, who will appear as herself, turns up at The Brew just to meet her. Once Emily recovers from the shock of meeting the medalist, the two swimmers talk shop.

Missy Franklin towers over Gabby Douglas during the 2012 Stand Up To Cancer telecast held at The Shrine Auditorium on Friday night (September 7) in Los Angeles.
The Olympic champs teamed up with many celebs at the event, taking pledges for cancer research.

The Fierce Five run into The Wanted during the 2012 MTV VMAs held at Staples Center on Thursday (September 6) in Los Angeles.
The girls — Aly Raisman, Jordyn Wieber, McKayla Maroney, Kyla Ross and Gabby Douglas — met up with the British band at the 2012 NBA Baller Beats for XBOX VMA Lounge.
The Fierce Five introduced Alicia Keys‘ performance and Gabby even performed a modified floor routine on stage!
“Had the most amazing time at the VMAs.. That was one of those unforgettable kinda nights” McKayla tweeted.
Gabby added, “Had so much fun tonight at the VMA’s with my girls it couldn’t have been better!!!”

The 17-year-old Olympian met up with Carly Rae Jepsen on the carpet before the day’s events.

The 17-year-old Olympian revealed some pretty big news on the talk show — she just landed her first movie role opposite Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn in The Internship!
“I got a cameo in the upcoming movie The Internship, it’s with Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn and I am so excited about it,” she dished. But what is the role? “You’re gonna have to wait and see!”
The Internship is a 2013 movie that follows two recently laid-off men in their 40s who try to make it as interns at an Internet company where their managers are 20-somethings.
