Based on the novel of the same name by Meg Cabot (psst, she wrote “The Princess Diaries” too), the movie follows Allie Pennington (Brittany Robertson), a transfer student to Avalon High, who discovers that her new classmates are reincarnations of King Arthur and his Court.
Gregg Sulkin, Molly Quinn, Joey Pollari, Devon Graye and Steve Valentine also star.

Gregg Sulkin and Britt Robertson are heading back to Camelot!
The duo are joining Molly Quinn and Joey Pollari in a new DCOM based on Meg Cabot‘s book of the same name called Avalon High.
In the upcoming movie, Allie (Robertson) is ecstatic when her parents, traveling professors who specialize in King Arthur’s legend, tell her she will be staying at Avalon High until she graduates. She can finally join the track team, make new friends and be a normal high school student. But shortly after arriving, Allie discovers that something strange may be afoot.
While researching a term paper on King Arthur’s legacy, she begins to notice some interesting parallels between the past and the present – from handsome quarterback Will (Sulkin), his cheerleader girlfriend, Jen (Quinn), and their best friend, Lance (Christopher Tavarez), to Will’s brooding step-brother, Marco (Devon Graye), a quirky kid named Miles (Pollari) and football players who act like knights of the roundtable.
The deeper Allie searches, the more convinced she is that her school is a contemporary Camelot, and it’s up to her to solve of the mystery of Avalon High before notorious traitor Mordred wins again.
Filming in New Zealand, Avalon High is set to premiere later this year.

The 16-year-old actress/model joined costars Stana Katic, Nathan Fillion and Tamala Jones at the presentation.
In the two part season finale of Castle, Beckett (Katic) and Castle (Fillion) work with a skilled federal agent (Dana Delany) to track down a clever serial killer. It all starts THIS Monday, March 22 @ 10PM ET/PT on ABC.

In the next new episode of Castle, “Suicide Squeeze,” a beloved former major league baseball player is found dead after a goodwill trip to Cuba. The investigation, which includes running into Joe Torre, leads the detectives into New York’s Cuban community to solve the murder. Meanwhile, Alexis’ (Quinn) genealogy project forces Castle (Nathan Fillion) to consider the identity of his unknown father.

A Christmas Carol, based off the Charles Dickens novel of the same name, is an animated adventure about a Victorian-era miser taken on a journey of self-redemption, courtesy of several mysterious Christmas apparitions.

The 16-year-old Castle cutie caught with JJJ during Variety‘s 2009 Power of Youth event held at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon (December 5) and we fell in love with her!

On what’s coming up on Castle: “Well, as you maybe know, Beckett’s mom was murdered and we’re going to discover who murdered her and why. There are some very cool mysteries coming up.”
On working with Nathan: “Everyone loves Nathan. My favorite thing about him is that he’s so genuine. The way you see him on the show, he’s 100% better than that in real life. We have this chemistry that is great. He really is like my father so it’s really wonderful working with him. We banter back and forth all the time.”
On a charity she really loves: “I love Tom’s Shoes. I think it’s such a smart and wonderful idea. I love that it’s new and it focuses on one thing instead of trying to do everything at once.”
