Sarah Hyland glams up the pages of the newest issue of H magazine.

On her fabulous modeling skills: “I hate the word diva, It drives me crazy; That and celebrity. I spent my adolescence watching America’s Next Top Model, so I learned how to ‘model’ from that show. They always talked about different poses and keeping it moving, being different and that it was all about angles. As for the face your eyes have to be alive. I try my hardest whenever I have a photo shoot to do that. I’m my biggest critic. I usually hate every picture taken of me cuz I always see the flaw and what I should’ve done differently.”

On learning to cook: “I would LOVE to cook. Am I good at it? Uh no. But I baked a pineapple angel food cake the other day and it was amazing!!!”

On her sense of adventure: “Anything from going to the renaissance festival to Disneyland. I’m always up for an adventure.”

Sarah Hyland takes the cover of the June/July 2012 issue of Seventeen mag.

The 21-year-old actress just recently had a kidney transplant!

Sarah tells the mag about the support she’s received since the operation in April, “You know that family is always going to be there for you—no matter what. My dad gave me a freakin’ kidney! But its also the families that you create outside of your family. And you really find out what kind of people you’re friends with. It was just amazing, and it really opened my eyes to see who’s there for me and who’s not.”

She adds about beau Matt Prokop, “He helps me with my medication and takes me to doctor appointments and all the stuff that I need to do to take care of myself. Any other 21-year-old guy would not be there, I guarantee it. I am one of the luckiest people in the world to have him be there for me.”

The four are the new faces of the brand, sold exclusively at Walmart stores nationwide.

The “Venice Beach Heat” marketing campaign was shot on Venice Beach, and features the group of friends enjoying a carefree day at the beach filled with roller-skating, ice cream, skate boarding and more.

“I’m a California girl at heart,” Ashley, 26, dishes. “I love the beach, hanging out with friends, and everything that Op is all about- so being a part of the new campaign was a perfect fit for me!”

Matt (from 90210) added, “The vibe of this shoot was really cool in Venice Beach .We were having fun and it was very relaxed in the California cool Op style.”

Sarah Hyland wows in a long Myne red dress as she arrives at the 2012 Kids Choice Awards held at the USC Galen Center in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon (March 31).

The 21-year-old actress, who accessorized with a gold Kotur clutch, an H.Stern 18k gold Grupo Corpo ring and Cesare Paciotti heels, was joined by Modern Family costars Nolan Gould and Ariel Winter.

Ariel, in Cynthia Rowley, tweeted, “@Sarah_Hyland @Nolan_Gould & I introduced @onedirection to the stage at the KCAs tonight! So fun and they were amazing!”

“Goin to my first laker game of this season. Finally!! So excited. It’s been too long :)” Sarah tweeted.

Sarah, Matt, Ashley and her sister Jennifer also stopped by the Jimmy Choo Shopping Event presented by American Express held in the Chairman’s Room and benefitted the Lakers Youth Foundation and STAPLES Center Foundation.

A selection of Jimmy Choo shoes and handbags were set up in the suite for a night of shopping for a good cause.

Sarah Hyland hits the red carpet at PaleyFest 2012 honoring Modern Family held at Saban Theatre on Wednesday night (March 14) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Joined by costar Rico Rodriguez, the 21-year-old actress chose a fun What Goes Around Comes Around dress for the event.

Via TVGuide, Sarah‘s character Haley is causing all sorts of sadness for the family.

Nolan shared, “Luke is really sad that his sister is going away. He actually hides the mail from her that says she gets into college because he doesn’t want her to go.”

“In the last episode, we have a really fun scene where we try and do one of those Scared Straight talks to Haley because she’s threatening to mess up her life,” Julie Bowen, who plays Claire, shared. “It was one of the more fun things I’ve ever gotten to do on set because it was absolutely absurd.”
