There’s been a lot of talk of hope that Emily Bett Rickards would return for Arrow‘s final episode – and it looks like it’s actually going to be happening!
While we don’t know anything about the plot or circumstances that Emily‘s Felicity returns on screen, Stephen Amell did reveal to fans that it’s going to happen.
“There’ll be a lot of news coming out about our final episode over the next few months,” he wrote on Twitter. “I prefer when you hear it from us. Welcome back Emily.”
We just squealed with happiness about this news!
Emily had shared before that she had no plans to return to the series, however, showrunner Beth Schwartz had been trying to get her and more familiar faces back.

The 38-year-old Arrow actor dressed up like a hot dog while Cassandra was in a can of beans costume at the event on Friday (October 25) at a private residence in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Their costume is a reference to the “Is it the frank or the beans” moment from There’s Something About Mary!
After the party, Stephen was spotted going barefoot while walking to their car.
Cassandra recently landed a recurring role on the second season of The CW’s Roswell, New Mexico.

Stephen Amell is making us cry!!!
The Arrow star shared a video after wrapping on the massive Crisis On Infinite Earths crossover, and called it “probably the coolest comic book thing that’s ever been on TV.”
“I would like to say thank you to Grant, and all the cool people on The Flash. I want to say thank you to Caity Lotz, and all the cool people on Legends,” he says in the clip. “I want to say thank you to Melissa, and her whole Supergirl family.”

It’s the end of an era!
Stephen Amell and Grant Gustin just filmed their very last scene as Green Arrow and The Flash together.
Stephen commemorated the moment with a post on his official Twitter account.
“Just wrapped my last day working with Grant. I’ve learned so much from him over the past 7 years. Always felt like Barry brought the best out in Oliver,” he wrote. “If Arrow lit the spark, Flash fanned the flame.”
He added, with a little joke, “Also… I fell asleep during our last scene. Thank you, Mr. Gustin.”

It looks like grown up Mia Smoak and Oliver Queen will finally have some scenes together in the upcoming Arrowverse crossover event, Crisis on Infinite Earths!
Fans shared some first look pics on social media this weekend where Katherine McNamara‘s Mia – in her own green hood – is walking behind Stephen Amell.
In another shot, you can see Supergirl, Batwoman, The Flash, Atom and Superman watching the father and daughter duo arrive on the scene.
While we don’t know any circumstances on the scene or what actually is happening, we care 845120% excited to see Katherine and Stephen on screen together!

Crisis on Infinite Earths is set to premiere in December on The CW.

The guys’ movie Code 8 has been picked up Vertical Entertainment for a theatrical release, Deadline reports.
“We took a grassroots approach to getting this film off the ground and we’re beyond thrilled to unveil it alongside our partners at Vertical,” they said in a statement. “This has been a labor of love for us and the tens of thousands of supporters who have been there since the start of this journey.”
If you didn’t know, Stephen and Robbie launched an Indiegogo campaign back in 2016 to help fund the movie. They also have held screenings of the finished product for supporters.
Code 8 is set in a world where 4% of the population is born with some type of supernatural ability, but instead of being superheroes, they are heavily policed and live in poverty. Connor Reed (Robbie) is a powerful young “electric” struggling to pay for his ailing mother’s medical treatment. To earn money, he joins a lucrative criminal world led by Garrett (Stephen), who teaches him how to use his powers to pull off a series of increasingly dangerous crimes.
Look out for a Code 8 in theaters late this year!
Oliver Queen’s ending on Arrow is Stephen Amell approved!
In fact, the 38-year-old actor actually ended up having a bit of a say because he pitched it himself.
“It’s what I want,” he told TV Guide. “I pitched it for a very long time. It’s what I want, but concurrently, that doesn’t mean that there aren’t surprises along the way. I was floored when I got the pitch for the crossover. I don’t see it coming — nobody sees it coming. It’s going to be so rad.”
