'Teen Wolf's Final Episodes Will Be Creepier & Scarier Than Before

'Teen Wolf's Final Episodes Will Be Creepier & Scarier Than Before

Teen Wolf could be going all horror with their final 10 episodes — at least according to showrunner Jeff Davis.

Speaking with EW, he previewed that the handful of episodes will be scarier than you remember.

“Our inspiration was a little bit H.P. Lovecraft,” he shared. “We wanted things that felt creepy and scary and like they were getting under your skin, whether it’s spiders or fear itself. There’s a lot of spiders in this season.

As far as Stiles (Dylan O’Brien) is returned and the dynamic of the pack, Jeff says that there is a much different feeling.

“They were all ready to go their separate ways, so it was a different feeling this season [with] new people and having Stiles gone,” he shared.

“We knew that we were going to get Dylan for only a couple episodes, and we wanted to make his character still linger in the minds of people and also to bring him and others back in big, satisfying ways.”

Teen Wolf returns on Sunday, July 30th on MTV.

Cody Christian Says Theo is Still Looking For A Place in the Pack on 'Teen Wolf'

Cody Christian Says Theo is Still Looking For A Place in the Pack on 'Teen Wolf'

The return of Cody Christian‘s Theo in season 6a on Teen Wolf got a lot of reactions — so just where will he be when 6b premieres on Sunday?

“6B doesn’t disappoint,” Cody shared with Entertainment Monthly. “We get to dive deeper and get our hands dirty and figure out who is this guy. You see Theo defeated in a way. He’s this outsider.”

Theo will still be searching, it seems, to be part of the pack.

“[Theo’s] looking for that connection, that inclusion in the pack, and he doesn’t have it,” Cody adds. “It kind of pulls on the heartstrings of the audience, and really seeing this guy for who he is.”

Cody also chatted about how much fun it’s been to play Theo on the series.

“As an artist, this guy has been so much fun to play because I feel like every 10 episode block, there’s been another side of Theo.”

Teen Wolf premieres on Sunday, July 30th on MTV.

Colton Haynes Made Tyler Hoechlin Come Back For 'Teen Wolf's Final Episodes

Colton Haynes Made Tyler Hoechlin Come Back For 'Teen Wolf's Final Episodes

We have Colton Haynes to thank for Tyler Hoechlin coming back to Teen Wolf for the final episodes, it looks like.

Speaking with Buzzfeed over the weekend at Comic-Con, the actor opened up about making his own return to the show and getting Tyler to come on board as well.

“They’ve all been my best friends for a long time and Jeff [Davis] asked me to come back, but I couldn’t because I have a different contract for something else,” Colton shared, revealing that at first he had a conflict.

“So then I said, ‘I can get them to agree, but I’ll only come back if Dylan [O'Brien] and [Tyler] Hoechlin come back, because I wanted the original family to be together.”

While Dylan was already coming back because of really heartfelt reasons, Colton had to do a little arm twisting with Tyler.

“I sent them a sad, ridiculous … text that was like ‘We’re all a family, you can’t let the show go on without us!’” Colton shared. “And Hoechlin, of course, was like total grumpy cat. So then I called his agent, because we have the same agent, and I made him do it.”

THANK YOU COLTON HAYNES!

Tyler Posey & 'Teen Wolf' Cast Talk About Villains For Final 10 Episodes

Tyler Posey & 'Teen Wolf' Cast Talk About Villains For Final 10 Episodes

The Teen Wolf premiere is just a handful of days away and the cast is feeling it.

Speaking with EOnline, Tyler Posey, Cody Christian, Shelley Hennig and more all dished about what fans can expect to see in the final 10 episodes this season — especially about the villain.

“We’re bringing it back to like, the simple days of Teen Wolf where it’s just werewolves and hunters,” Tyler shared over the weekend at Comic-Con. “We kind of do something that we’ve never done before, and then we go back to our roots when it was just hunters and werewolves.”

Shelley adds that it’s “the most afraid our characters have ever been.”

But it isn’t just one human villain that our Beacon Hills gang have to deal with, there are others.

“There’s a bunch of different villains in this season, kind of,” Tyler says. “There’s a psychological kind of villain that’s more of like, a feeling than anything.”

Dylan O'Brien Wasn't Actually Supposed To Be In 'Teen Wolf's Final Episodes, But He Made It Happen

Dylan O'Brien Wasn't Actually Supposed To Be In 'Teen Wolf's Final Episodes, But He Made It Happen

The fans were right — they had a big hunch that Dylan O’Brien wasn’t ever supposed to be in the final 10 episodes of Teen Wolf and they were absolutely right.

The actor revealed that he wasn’t contractually obligated to appear in any of the episodes at all — but because Stiles and the show mean so much to him, he made it happen.

“[It was] really important to me,” he shared with ET. “That was not the plan, either. I wasn’t originally able to be a part of the last 10 [episodes] at all, nor was I contracted to be.”

Dylan adds, “It was cool that we were able to find space of a couple weeks where I was home and I could go be a part of a few episodes, so I was glad to be able to do it ‘cause I’ve been with the show since the beginning obviously.

“For me, it was my first role ever, so it would’ve been hard to eventually just not be a part of something that was still ongoing.”

Teen Wolf is back on Sunday, July 30th on MTV.

Shelley Hennig Admits Even She Was Surprised About The Scott & Malia Pairing on 'Teen Wolf'

Shelley Hennig Admits Even She Was Surprised About The Scott & Malia Pairing on 'Teen Wolf'

No one was as surprised about Scott and Malia as the fans were — and Shelley Hennig gets it because even she was surprised.

“I was surprised to read it,” she admitted to TVGuide at 2017 Comic-Con over the weekend. “But they put little hints here and there.”

“All of a sudden Scott is putting a blanket on Malia and you’re like, ‘Hmm, we know what they’re doing here,’” Shelley adds.

“We milked it and were having fun. I think the chemistry is good.”

Is it safe to say that #Scalia are endgame now?
