Artem Chigvintsev is dating actress Torrey DeVitto, JustJaredJr.com can confirm.
The 31-year-old actress and 33-year-old pro dancer on Dancing With The Stars were actually set up on a blind date.
“It’s all very brand new,” the source shared with ET. “They’re having fun.”
Earlier this week, Artem joined Torrey at the Philosophy Hope & Grace Luncheon for Mental Health Month on Thursday in Los Angeles.
After speaking about her battle with anxiety at the luncheon, Artem was seen sweetly hugging and kissing her on the cheek. So sweet!

The Chicago Med actress was there to light up the iconic skyscraper green in honor of Mental Health Awareness with the Hope & Grace Initiative board members — executive director of National Alliance on Mental Illness Mary Giliberti, President of NAMI New York City Metro Barbara Ricci, and Women’s Health magazine editor-in-chief Amy Laird.
From sunset on May 2nd until 2 a.m. on May 3rd the Empire State Building will be lit green to help shed light on the more than 450 million people worldwide who suffer from mild to serious mental health issues and to help breakdown the stigma barrier surrounding the issue.
The Hope & Grace Fund will provide NAMI with a $75,000 grant in order for NAMI to implement the StigmaFree initiative which will include resources and tools that will enable organizations and leaders to enact change within the workplace and communities, and will help lead conversations aimed to raise awareness with the hashtag #stigmafree #hopeandgrace on social media.

Torrey DeVitto brings the wow in a chic black dress to the Salute to Dick Wolf at the 2016 PaleyFest held at Dolby Theatre on Saturday night (March 19) in Hollywood.
The 31-year-old Chicago Med actress joined Oliver Platt and Sophia Bush on the star-studded panel which featured the casts of Chicago Med, Chicago P.D., Chicago Fire and Law And Order: SVU.
“A moment with one of my faves. #paleyfest,” Torrey shared on Instagram with a shot of her and Oliver backstage.

The Pretty Little Liars actress asks, “Whose Skin Are You In? Choose Fake Snake and Mock Croc. Wear Vegan.”
“[Workers] don’t even kill them�they just hit them over the head with metal bats or stab them in the neck,” Torrey said. “Most of the time these animals are still breathing and still living when they get their skin taken from them, and it takes about three to four alligators or crocodiles to make just one bag. It’s absolutely unnecessary.”
Torrey is just the latest celebrity to team up with PETA to promote cruelty-free fashion.

On the reveal of “A”: I thought it was really cool. Before I knew, I kept thinking to myself, ‘how are they going to reveal that it’s someone who none of the fans have suspected before?’ There were so many theories flying around and people were so invested, so no matter what your reaction was, positive or negative, the fact that they were still able to shock people, I think is amazing. I liked the whole twist they had on it.
On missing her Vampire Diaries cast: “Yeah it was great, I feel like I did my thing on there and it was a fun character. I loved being on that show, I felt very grateful to be on it. Everyone received me so well, it really is like a family over there.”
On her new gig on Chicago Med: “I am so excited to play this character because I feel like it’s a dream job for me, it’s everything I’ve been wanting and putting energy out into the universe, I absolutely love it. It’s been an absolute pleasure so far and we haven’t even started filming yet! I also had the chance to be in Amy Makes Three and it was probably one of my favourite projects I’ve ever worked on. I really loved the script, I loved everyone I worked with, Mike Doyle and Ursula Parker. It’s a drama, psychological thriller and it was the most emotionally demanding thing I’ve ever done and I felt like I grew so much from that project. It’s the first time in my career that I’m like, ‘Okay, I can’t wait to sit down with all the people that I love and watch this!’”
