Troian Bellisario and Patrick J. Adams are actual goals, especially after his new interview with Esquire magazine.

The Suits actor opens up about Troian, saying that she is constantly inspiring him.

“It’s exciting to have a romantic relationship with somebody you’re also so inspired with professionally,” he says. “Every day, I take a look at the way she approaches her work and it makes me re-focus and go, ‘Oh, wow, don’t get lazy, don’t get bitter, don’t get cynical,’ because she’s none of those things.”

Patrick adds, “She’s the real deal.”

SO MANY FEELS!

Patrick also recalls a time when she picked his spirits up after being fired from a pilot around the same time that Pretty Little Liars was starting up for Troian.

“That was really my worst nightmare, that I’d bottomed out,” Patrick says. “‘Why are you doing this? You’re worthless. This city is horrible. You don’t have enough abdominal muscles to make it’…I kind of freaked out, and [Troian] was right there with me saying, ‘No, that thing was dumb, it wasn’t what you were supposed to do.’”

Goals. Goals. Goals. Goals.

'Pretty Little Liars' Showrunner Defended Spoby's Ending Because Some Fans Weren't Happy

'Pretty Little Liars' Showrunner Defended Spoby's Ending Because Some Fans Weren't Happy

In the finale episode of Pretty Little Liars, Spencer Hastings was the only Liar without a ring on her finger and some Spoby fans weren’t happy about it.

However, Troian Bellisario was (see here for reference), and just recently, showrunner I. Marlene King had to defend Spencer’s ending again on social media.

Speaking with EW around the time of the finale, Marlene shared that Spoby definitely was endgame even if they weren’t together at that moment.

“Yes [they will be together]. I hope fans got that…we literally did say, could we have a double wedding? Or should we have a triple wedding? That felt like it was a little too much. But I think they got their happy ending.”

Marlene also had a conversation on Twitter to reveal why their ending was the way it was.

“But really, given the story, it would have been false and rushed. Spoby is together but they needed some time and breath. That’s my truth,” she posted. “And to Spoby fans, watch the scene where Toby knows Spencer from Alex. I hope in time u realize the epic love and romance in that moment.”

“It never occurred to me that Spoby fans would not be happy with the finale,” Marlene added on Instagram this week. “That moment when Toby knew in his heart who the real Spencer was… for me it was a huge romantic moment. Worthy of an epic love story. For me it was understood…. Spoby was and is end game.”

Troian Bellisario Had Always Been a 'Huge Fan' of 'Feed' Co-star Tom Felton

Troian Bellisario Had Always Been a 'Huge Fan' of 'Feed' Co-star Tom Felton

Troian Bellisario has nothing but amazing things to say about Tom Felton after working with him on Feed.

The actress opened up to CapitalFM about casting Tom to play her twin brother in the movie, and how he fit in on the set.

“I met with Tom a few years before we shot it,” Troian says. “I’ve always been a huge fan of his work, I think he’s really incredible, a really great actor so it was sort of a no brainer.”

She adds that Tom fit right in on the set and there was nothing awkward or weird about him being there.

“Just. Was. Awesome,” Troian states. “[He] wanted to play, to improvise, he was down for everything. It was a really great experience working with him.”

FYI: Troian is also pictured below, arriving at LAX airport in Los Angeles over the weekend.

Troian Bellisario Posts an Instagram About Changing the World: 'We Have a Long Way to Go'

Troian Bellisario Posts an Instagram About Changing the World: 'We Have a Long Way to Go'

Many celebrities have been taking to their various platforms to speak out against the hatred and violence in Charlottesville this past weekend — and Troian Bellisario is among them.

Today, the 31-year-old Feed actress and director took to Instagram today to make a powerful point.

Troian posted an Instagram of words printed on the Williamsburg bridge, which read: “2017 GOALS: 1. END RACISM 2. END SEXISM 3. END NATIONALISM.”

Considering the horrific events of this past weekend, they seem like lofty goals — but goals are important.

“We have a long way to go, but we need goals,” Troian writes, “Happy Monday.”

We certainly do.

We have a long way to go, but we need goals. Happy Monday.

Troian Bellisario Was 'Blown Away' By Lily Collins in 'To The Bone'

Troian Bellisario Was 'Blown Away' By Lily Collins in 'To The Bone'

Troian Bellisario and Lily Collins have much more in common than just starring in films about eating disorders — they actually both had eating disorders in their youth and know exactly what it’s like to live with an illness like that.

In a recent Tumblr Post-It Forward Q&A, Troian opened up about watching Lily in To The Bone and how it compares to her own movie, Feed.

“I watched To the Bone and was blown away by Lily Collins’ work, and Marti Noxon’s direction and writing,” she shared, and also admitted that she was triggered by it.

“I also don’t think you can watch something for 2 hours that you have such a close relationship with and intense past with and not be triggered,” she explains.

Troian goes on to say that both of the films are bringing awareness to mental illness and eating disorders, and that’s exactly the point — to start a conversation.

“I think [the films] are doing a service because they are creating a space for people to talk about their struggles,” she says. “A space to share how they feel, how they pulled themselves out of a dark space, how they finally found their way to treatment, and also what helps when they feel triggered or feel like engaging with it again.”

Troian adds, “So that those people who are fighting with their ED’s can see a way out, perhaps they can get inspired to seek help.”

Troian Bellisario Didn't Connect As Much With Spencer at the End of 'Pretty Little Liars'

Troian Bellisario Didn't Connect As Much With Spencer at the End of 'Pretty Little Liars'

If you look back on the countless interviews for Pretty Little Liars, you’ll find pretty much everyone saying that as soon as Troian Bellisario walked into auditions for the series, she WAS Spencer Hastings.

The actress, and her co-stars, admitted that she definitely connected with Spencer during the early days of the series — but not as much at the end, it looks like.

“I would say that in the beginning Spencer and I had a few major things in common, but not a lot more than that,” Troian shared in Tumblr’s Post It Forward Q&A last week.

She adds, “Over the years and over time, my experiences affected her and playing her affected me.”

While both Spencer and she have grown together, and apart, Troian also shared that she really hasn’t looked back on the role just yet — seeing as the series just ended.

“I probably won’t know entirely how for many years. It’s still a pretty recent experience in my life.”

Troian Bellisario Reveals How Her Family Intervened & Helped Her Overcome Her Eating Disorder

Troian Bellisario Reveals How Her Family Intervened & Helped Her Overcome Her Eating Disorder

Much like Lily Collins, Troian Bellisario didn’t have an “a ha” moment about getting help with her eating disorder either.

The Feed actress hosted a Tumblr Answer Time with fans and when asked about the moment she knew she needed to do something, she got real honest about it.

“I actually did not have a moment of clarity like that,” she shared about if there was a moment that she reached out for help. “I was confronted by my friends, family and teachers. When they confronted me they took me to a doctor who told me about anorexia for the first time and that I was anorexic.”

Troian continues, “I really had not even thought of it, I knew I was losing weight I knew I was hiding and obsessing in an unhealthy way, but really that was the first time me or my family had an honest conversation about what was going on.

“But even after that it was a difficult path to climb, I would get “better” for a bit then fall back into it, I would take treatment seriously then not, tell the truth then lie.”
