Meg Donnelly & Milo Manheim To Return for 'Zombies 2'!

We’re so happy to announce that a Zombies sequel is on its way!

Meg Donnelly and Milo Manheim will be coming back as Addison and Zed in the flick and we hope the rest of the cast will be back too!

The first movie followed a zombie football player and a human cheerleader as they worked together to unite the zombie and human communities of Seabrook.

Zombies 2 will pick up at Seabrook High where, after a groundbreaking semester, Zed and Addison continue to steer both their school and community toward unity, but the arrival of a new group of outsiders—mysterious werewolves—threatens to shake up the newfound peace and causes a rift in Zed and Addison’s budding romance.

Stay tuned for more details on JJJ!

Luke Benward's Favorite Disney Role Was Turned Into A Movie With A Totally Different Cast!

Luke Benward's Favorite Disney Role Was Turned Into A Movie With A Totally Different Cast!

Luke Benward was been in so many Disney projects that it’s really hard to keep count of them all.

But, the 23-year-old actor just revealed his favorite role of them all and it’s going to shock you – it was Zed, from an unaired pilot called Zombies and Cheerleaders. Sound familiar? It should!

“No one ever saw it because it was a pilot,” Luke shared with Teen Vogue about the project, which was recently turned in the DCOM, Zombies.

He adds, “It was originally a very whimsical and cool pilot. It was directed by Todd Strauss-Schulson, who right before that did a Harold and Kumar Christmas movie. So he was very eccentric and like, not on the Disney brand. It was a musical and it was called Zombies and Cheerleaders.”

Luke was slated to play the role of Zed, which was played by Milo Manheim in the movie version.

“I played Zed, the guy, and it was this whole Ferris Bueller thing where I kind of wake up and I’m talking to the camera and walking the audience through the opening song and introducing everyone. It was just a really different show for Disney that I was really proud of.”

We need to see this unaired pilot now!

Milo Manheim Weighs In On 'Zombies' Sequel: 'I've Heard Some Things'

Milo Manheim Weighs In On 'Zombies' Sequel: 'I've Heard Some Things'

Milo Manheim really, really, really wants a Zombies sequel to happen – and we are here for it!

The 17-year-old actor and DWTS runner-up stopped by J-14 to chat about his run on the reality show before the convo turned to Zombies and the possible sequel plans.

“In my opinion, it would be dumb not to do it,” Milo joked. “It’s such a great movie, everyone loves it.”

But while he’s biased and really wants it to be made, he hasn’t heard anything just yet: “I’ve heard some things, but nothing solid. I’m hoping that we do it. I want to do it, it was fun.”

As far as a plot line, Milo doesn’t really have one in mind.

“I have no idea because the movie didn’t really have a cliffhanger,” he said. “I don’t know how we would even pick up Zombies 2.”
