Jesse McCartney Gets City of Hope Honors

You can call Jesse McCartney obsessed — it’s okay.

The 22-year-old is the fifth star being honored at today’s Variety Power of Youth initiative for his work with City of Hope, one of the nation’s leading research and treatment for cancer, diabetes and other life-threatening diseases.

Jesse shared that it was, “Bob Cavallo, who is the head of Hollywood Records introduced me to City of Hope. Once I had the chance to really study the center and all of the things that they do, especially with their pediatric programs, I became a little obsessed.”
