Jillian Rose Reed Previews 'Jessie' Guest-Starring Role This Week!

Jillian Rose Reed is set to make her first appearance on Jessie this weekend and JJJ got the scoop!

The 22-year-old actress opened up to us about what we can expect from her character. “Abbey is a little mischievous,” Jillian told us. “She meets Jessie in acting class, but she’s not exactly as nice as we think she is when we meet her.”

We hear that her character Abbey is pretty competitive, a trait Jillian shares. “I can be…mostly when it comes to board games!” she told us. “I can let career things roll off my back, but if you’re beating me in Candyland I’ll probably throw a fit.”

Jillian currently stars on Awkward, so it was a nice departure for her. “Tamara isn’t a conniving person, she’s generally pretty sweet,” she told JJJ. “Abbey on the other hand has a side to her that we don’t see at first. It was fun to play a character with a different personality!”

We’re so excited to see the episode! “The whole experience was just great!” Jillian added. “I’ve known Debby [Ryan] for a while so getting to work with her was fun. I also had a scene with 2 live lizards…they were kinda gross.”
