The 27-year-old professional dancer opened up with the glossy about being pregnant in her Dancing With The Stars costumes, her delivery game and family support. Check it:
On DWTS strategic costuming: “There I was in these itty-bitty costumes, flaunting myself, at four-and-a-half-months pregnant. If you’ve ever been pregnant, you know that even in those first weeks, you have to make frequent trips to the restroom…well, I had to go what felt like 20 times during a show, and I needed three people to help me peel the outfit on and off each time. I couldn’t do it by myself! We joked that my costumes should have been made with strategically placed snaps.”
On her perfect partner in Stephen: “Just last night, at about 12:30 a.m. the baby was moving around so much it felt like he was wrestling a wild animal in my belly. He’s a very active little boy! I’m very fortunate that I have someone who is aware of my feelings and wants to be there for me through the whole thing.”
On a well-rehearsed delivery: “I can’t be sleeping when I go into labor…Who knows? It could turn into a dance party. There may be twerking! (laughs) He’s (Stephen) nervous about a lot of it, because it’s all new to him, but I know he’s going to be an amazing dad. Without a doubt [he’s going to be a great father], he and this baby will have a special connection – I know it.”
