Val Chmerkovskiy Announces His DWTS Season 22 Partner - GMA's Ginger Zee!

Val Chmerkovskiy shows off his new partner for Dancing With The Stars‘ upcoming season — Good Morning America meteorologist Ginger Zee!

The 29-year-old pro dancer and Ginger, 35, will hit the ballroom floor on March 21st on the reality competition program.

“Soooooo yeahhhh @ginger_zee and I are paired up for season 22 of @dancingabc and as you can tell I’m not excited about it at all,” he joked on Instagram. “We need a team name, any suggestions?? #dwts.”

Val added on GMA this morning, “She has incredible potential and she really wants to do well and I just want to help her stay ‘super mommy’. I can’t wait to see her in an element I don’t think anybody really sees her [in] every day.”
