Piero Barone On Il Volo's Friendship: 'It Was Like We Were Old Friends When We First Met'

Il Volo pose together for some photos ahead of their Spotlight event at The Grammy Museum on Monday (March 28) in Los Angeles.

The guys — Gianluca Ginoble, Piero Barone and Ignazio Boschetto — chatted with fans about their music and current tour.

“We didn’t know each other, but when we met for the first time it was like old friends,” Piero shared ahead of their Las Vegas concert over the weekend.

He added about the experience at their concerts, “I can tell you if you come to our show you can laugh, you can cry, you can have fun because it’s classical music, but we want to bring this kind of music to the young generation.”
